Based on a modular design and standardized interfaces, SentroSuite and its associated services provide multiple connection options to third-party software packages and support the development of proprietary integrations.
The interfaces implemented in SentroSuite include real-time functions for executing chemometric models such as PLS and PCA.
In addition, a wide range of data management systems offer established, standardized interfaces to SentroSuite. These interfaces enable varying levels of control and communication — from simple data transfer to full orchestration of the measurement workflow.
Integration of Sentronic systems into data management platforms is based on TCP/IP communication as well as OPC-UA / OPC-DA. These communication protocols also provide a flexible foundation for developing proprietary integrations.
SentroSuite offers a range of integrated mathematical methods for multivariate data analysis (MVDA), specifically designed to generate qualitative process information. These methods include Moving Block Standard Deviation (MBSD), Moving Block F-Test, integral calculations, and additional output options. Statistical calculations such as mean, standard deviation, and relative standard deviation are also available. Where applicable, these methods can be configured with spectral pretreatments.
For advanced functionality — particularly for quantitative methods such as Partial Least Squares (PLS) — SentroSuite is prepared for the installation of add-ons. These enable real-time predictions based on models developed with third-party software.
