This event brings together professionals from across the pharmaceutical community to discuss the latest developments and practical applications of NIR-based Process Analytical Technology (PAT) for Oral Solid Dosage (OSD) manufacturing.
Attendees can expect presentations from industry experts, researchers, technology providers, and consultants, covering real-world implementations, emerging trends, and future directions in NIR PAT.
Beyond the presentations, the meeting offers ample opportunities for networking, knowledge exchange, and discussions with peers who share a common interest in advancing process understanding and manufacturing excellence.
The program also features interactive and hands-on demonstrations, allowing participants to experience NIR PAT applications in realistic process environments and discuss practical implementation aspects directly with experts and peers.

The first day of the conference will feature an afternoon of hands-on demonstrations highlighting the integration of NIR PAT into pharmaceutical unit operation simulators. The demonstrations will cover:
Bin blending
SentroPAT DA mounted on the SentroBlender for blend uniformity verification
Endpoint determination
SentroPAT Compact integrated into a model of the Gericke Mini-Blender
Representative powder sampling
SentroPAT FO with a SentroProbe DR LS installed in a µSolis Spider Wheel from Expo Process Analytics
The demonstrations will be complemented by a special session on “Tips & Tricks for SentroPAT Systems and Software,” in which Sentronic representatives will showcase useful SentroSuite functions. The afternoon will begin at 2:00 PM, but participants arriving later are welcome to join at any time before 5:00 PM.
